Shipping: how fast your bank checks arrive
Two clocks run on every order from Bank Checks Cheap: production time (ours) and transit time (the carrier's). Here is exactly how both work for bank checks, business deposit slips and check envelopes.
Production time
Orders approved by 2:00 PM Eastern ship the same business day. Orders approved later ship the next business day. We commit to a ship date, not an arrival date; transit is carrier business days. Proof approval is the trigger: an order waiting on a proof has not started production yet, so approve quickly if you need your bank checks fast.

Choose rush processing at checkout to move your order to the front of the press queue, then pick an express carrier. Call (800) 385-1363 before ordering if you need a guaranteed date and we will tell you what is realistic for your ZIP code.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your bank checks leave the press and appears on your order status page. Business deposit slips, check envelopes and accessories ordered with checks ship in the same box.
If a package is late or damaged
Check the tracking first: most delays are carrier weather or address holds. If the package is lost or arrives damaged, call (800) 385-1363 or send a message with your order number and we reprint or reship. See returns and reprints.
